You'll receive an immediate confirmation with your Exhibitor Guide — arrival times, parking, and tips.
A dedicated account manager will be in touch and available before, during, and after the event.
We'll reach out 2–4 weeks before the event to confirm final details and ensure you're fully prepared.
Give us at least 7 days' written notice and move your stand to an alternative UK Careers Fair — once per booking.
With 7+ days' notice, take an Event Token for the full value of your stand, redeemable against any scheduled event within 12 months.
Applies to stand bookings only (not sponsorship or add-ons). If your new event costs more, you pay the difference, and requests within 7 days of the event aren't eligible.
