Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £25-28K plus excellent commission and benefits

We are a specialist Food & Drink manufacturing recruitment business, based in the heart of Manchester.  Whilst we have excitingly met our current growth plans, as we approach our two years in business, we are looking to make further hires.

The Candidate:

• Energetic, engaging, chatty and loves talking to people
• Confident telephone manner
• Highly organised with strong planning skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience of setting and achieving goals within a working environment
• Possess a good standard of education
• Some sales experience desirable, although not essential  

The Role:

• Business development activity (including calling prospective clients to identify new business  opportunities)
• Managing and developing existing client relationships
• Researching and gaining knowledge on our sector and industry
• Attending client meetings with experienced consultants
• Sourcing and speaking to candidates
• Writing job advertisements for vacancies
• Short-listing and interviewing candidates
• Client service reviews
• Reporting figures and working towards exceeding targets/KPI
