How much does a careers fair stand cost?
Regional stand prices are £495 for Standard, £695 for Premium and £995 for Headline. London prices are £795, £1,295 and £1,895 respectively. Prices are per event, + VAT. Check stand packages and your chosen event for current options and availability.
Are careers fairs free for employers?
Entry is free for candidates. Organisations recruiting or promoting opportunities at an event need a paid exhibitor stand. You can separately post one live Jobs Board listing free without a stand booking.
What is included with a stand booking?
Your booking includes exhibitor space with a table, tablecloth and chairs, an exhibitor guide, account-manager support and 12 months of unlimited Jobs Board listings. Compare the stand packages for their space and visibility features. Your guide explains the arrangements for your venue.
Which stand should we choose, and how much space will we have?
Choose a package that fits your team, display materials and hiring plans. The Standard, Premium and Headline descriptions explain their table and space options. Venue layouts vary, so check specific dimensions with the exhibitor team before booking a larger display.
Can we book several cities or dates?

How do we book and pay?
Choose your events and stand in the quote builder, review the total and continue to checkout. Use the available options to pay by card or request an invoice. Read the booking terms before confirming.
Is the Jobs Board included, and when can we use it?
Yes. Every stand booking includes 12 months of unlimited Jobs Board listings at no extra board cost. Your access code arrives with the booking confirmation. Use it to create or activate your employer account, then add your vacancies. See posting options and how the board works.
Does a stand booking guarantee our jobs will appear on Google?
Eligible jobs and apprenticeships on the board are formatted for Google Jobs. For eligible exhibitor roles, we also send Google an indexing notification. Google decides whether and where jobs appear. Courses, self-employment opportunities and volunteer listings are not treated as Google job postings. See Jobs Board details.
What types of candidates can we expect?
Our public fairs welcome people aged 18+ exploring jobs, training and their next career move. Experience, interests and attendance vary by event. Bring clear role descriptions, pay and working-pattern information so candidates can assess the fit. Discuss your hiring requirements with our team when choosing a fair.
Are the events open to different industries and organisation sizes?
Yes. Employers across sectors, charities, education institutions and training providers can exhibit. Bring clear information about the jobs, apprenticeships, courses or other opportunities you offer. Compare the event locations with where you need to recruit.
Is there a deadline for booking a stand?
Stand availability depends on the event, package and venue capacity. Check your chosen event before making plans, and contact the exhibitor team if you are booking close to the date or need a particular setup.
What should we prepare and bring?
Bring clear job descriptions, pay and hours information, and a simple application route or next step. Banners, leaflets and company information can help explain your offer. Check your exhibitor guide for arrival, parking and setup instructions, and make sure your display fits the space you have booked.
How many members of staff should we bring?
Plan enough cover to speak with candidates and take breaks while staying within your booked stand space. A team hiring for several roles may need different cover from one recruiting for a single vacancy. Use the package descriptions to choose the space that fits your team.
Can we bring a larger pop-up stand or display?
Contact the exhibitor team with your display dimensions before booking or bringing it to the venue. Space and setup arrangements depend on the package and venue, so a larger display needs to be checked in advance.
What time does the event run, and when can we set up?
Events run from 10am to 2pm, with exhibitor access from 9am for setup. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before doors open. Check your event page and exhibitor guide for the venue-specific arrival instructions.
Is parking available at the venue?
Parking, charges and unloading arrangements vary by venue. Check the event page and your exhibitor guide, and confirm any access requirements with the venue or exhibitor team before travelling. Do not assume parking is included with your stand.
What if we need to change our booking?
Check the current booking terms for transfer and Event Token conditions, notice requirements and exclusions. Contact the team as soon as your plans change; the available options depend on your booking and timing.
How do Jobs Board applications reach us?
Candidates use your application link or send an application through the board to your chosen email address. You handle the conversation with the candidate, with no per-application or per-hire fee. See how posting and applications work.
