Secret Angels CIC Location: Various locations across Wolverhampton Hours: Flexible – minimum 2 hours per week Type: Voluntary (unpaid) Role

Overview: As a Community Volunteer at Secret Angels CIC, you will support the delivery of vital services to vulnerable individuals and families. You will play an important role in one or more of our community projects, including our food bank, digital inclusion drop-ins, community outreach events, and wellbeing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Support with sorting, packing, and distributing food parcels Assist with setting up and running community events or pop-up advice sessions Welcome and engage service users in a respectful and supportive manner Help with admin tasks such as registration forms and signposting Promote our services through outreach, flyers, and social media (optional) Work collaboratively as part of a friendly volunteer team Skills and Qualities We’re Looking For: Friendly, reliable, and approachable Good communication skills Able to work well in a team Passionate about supporting your community Willing to learn and take direction What You’ll Gain: A sense of purpose and community involvement Practical experience and transferable skills References for future employment Free training and ongoing support Opportunities to grow your role based on your interests
