We’re looking for a Systems Data Analyst to support our student data systems and reporting processes across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain student reporting and support the Student Records System
- Respond to user queries and help resolve data issues
- Ensure course setup and data align with funding rules
- Support month-end reporting and produce ad hoc reports
- Assist with system improvements and basic SQL/reporting tasks
- Help maintain data accuracy, audits, and compliance
- Contribute to user guidance and documentation
About You
- Experience with data systems or MIS (education desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using Excel and/or SQL
- Good communication and teamwork skills
