Explore hiring in this areaPost your jobs, courses and apprenticeships once — they work everywhere we do: on our national Jobs Board, broadcast to Google Jobs, and highlighted to the candidates coming to this event — for 12 months, at no extra cost.
Here are a few — every event is built to put your brand in front of people actively looking for something new.
Our London events are priced separately due to significantly higher venue and operational costs, alongside the increased scale and reach they offer. Exhibiting in London provides access to one of the UK's largest and most diverse candidate markets, making it a premium location within our event network.

Location guide / West Midlands
Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa share a district but have different centres and cultural settings. Games businesses are associated with Leamington, while Warwick offers its own historic streets and riverside park. The careers fair is at Leamington’s Royal Pump Rooms, an essential distinction when planning the visit.

Whole statistical area, not necessarily the town boundary.Employment rate, age 16–64: 80.6% · Warwick · Jul 2025-Jun 2026. Survey estimate; local results can be volatile.
Area averages are not current asking prices or individual property valuations. Local short-term changes are volatile; use a year or longer. UK HPI house-price observations are provisional and subject to revision.
Warwick district’s creative framework identifies an established games and digital cluster centred on Royal Leamington Spa. Playground Games is one example of a local studio to research; its published recruitment material confirms a Leamington base. Ask about the skills, portfolio and experience a particular role needs.
Creative work also includes business, production and support functions, so do not restrict your search to a single job title. At Royal Leamington Spa College, WCG lists apprenticeship provision including hairdressing. Enquire about the current programme range, entry route and employer requirements. Treat proposed Creative Quarter projects as future development plans, not as completed workplaces or guaranteed jobs.
Compare homes in Warwick town with central Leamington and the area around your likely worksite. Weigh the space and setting against the route you will repeat every day. A central address may suit errands and cultural visits, while another location may suit your workplace better; test the actual route rather than relying on a district-wide description.
The official rent figure shown alongside covers Warwick district. This combines all property sizes and existing and new tenancies, and includes Leamington Spa. It is not an advertised-rent benchmark for Warwick town alone. Compare matching property types and add council tax, heating, transport and any parking or service charges to the monthly calculation.
For this fair, use Royal Pump Rooms, The Parade, Royal Leamington Spa, CV32 4AA. The venue stands opposite Jephson Gardens. Leamington Spa railway station is the relevant station for the venue’s own directions; avoid selecting Warwick simply because it appears in the event name. Check your final approach and any access needs with the venue before travel.
For a move, plan separate journeys to the fair and to a potential workplace. A useful town-centre rail connection may still leave a bus, walk or cycle section to an employer elsewhere in the district. Compare the return trip at the actual finishing time and allow for weekends or shift work. Use current operator information for service changes and fares.
Leamington's Royal Pump Rooms houses the art gallery and museum, library and visitor information as well as hosting the fair. Jephson Gardens is directly opposite, with riverside routes connecting other green spaces. Its gates have seasonal closing times, so check the council’s visitor information when planning an evening route.
Warwick has a different riverside focus at St Nicholas Park, with connections towards the town centre, Smith Street and nearby heritage attractions. Explore both towns before deciding which feels right for an ordinary week. Check opening arrangements for the places you expect to use regularly.
Warwick District Council provides district services and housing support; Warwickshire County Council provides the Family Information Service and childcare information. Keep the two authorities distinct when looking for help. Use your proposed address to confirm council arrangements, household costs and service availability before committing to a move.
For healthcare, use the NHS GP finder and contact a suitable practice about registration. Families can use Warwickshire’s childcare search and advice to check providers, sessions and support, then confirm a place directly. At the fair, clarify whether each opportunity is in Warwick, Leamington or elsewhere: the exact work address, hours and training arrangements will shape your housing and travel decisions.
We use official local authorities, transport operators, public data and destination organisations. Data periods are shown alongside figures. Employer examples describe the local economy; they are not a promise of vacancies or attendance at the fair.
Next editorial review due 3 December 2026. Prices, services and availability can change before then.
