Role: Sales Consultant Location: Welwyn/Hatfield, Hertfordshire (Also covering parts of Essex) Salary: £36,599 to £38,525
18 Month FTC 37.5hrs per week
Our team at So Resi are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales consultant to join us.
You will be responsible for the delivery of sales reservations either across a variety of sites named above or from a single large scale site within the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new homes sales with either strong knowledge of, or experience in Shared Ownership, including, eligibility and requirements for Shared Ownership.
You will need to have strong communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to use initiative.
You’ll be working closely with both our dedicated Sales Progression team and Marketing team as well as other departments and/or relevant stakeholders. You will be required to routinely work at weekends to facilitate customer requirements and to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate onsite from the Sales Office/Show home/Head office from Tuesday to Saturday 9am-5.30pm.
- Be responsible for the ongoing management of Sales and Marketing suites and show homes, ensuring high levels of presentation and brand promotion
- Ensure that all sales enquiries/leads are contacted within 48 hours
- Arrange and carrying out viewings, surveys, completions and when required home demonstrations
- Be responsible for the weekly monitoring of all void properties to ensure their ongoing security
- A Strong background in administration
- Ensure that all properties are reserved in accordance with MTVH’s policies and procedures including eligibility, affordability and compliance requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1 Years experience in Sales
- Clear understanding of Shared Ownership and Affordability processes
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Experience working with CRM and Sales Management systems
- Must have own transport and full license and be happy to use for work purposes
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through all the necessary information required when buying a shared ownership home
- Self motivated with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
