About the Role
We are looking for motivated, confident people to join us as Face‑to‑Face Fundraisers. You’ll represent Local Hospice Lottery, engaging with the public and encouraging them to support their local hospice by joining our weekly lottery.
This is a self‑employed role, giving you complete control over when and how much you work.
Earning Potential
- Up to £70,000+ depending on your consistency and commitment
- Earn £30 per chance for every supporter you sign up
- Weekly pay for every new player you recruit
- Performance‑based earnings — the more you put in, the more you earn
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with members of the public about Local Hospice Lottery
- Inspiring people to support their local hospice by joining the lottery
- Working door‑to‑door, with some venue‑based opportunities (location dependent)
- Using our simple digital system to sign up new supporters
- Full training provided
Essential Requirements
You must have:
- Experience in face‑to‑face fundraising or direct sales (essential)
- Confidence speaking with members of the public
- Motivation, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset
Self‑Employment Information
This is a genuine self‑employed contractor role. Earnings are performance‑based and depend on your effort, activity level, and commitment.
Fundraisers who work consistently typically earn Up to £70,000+ per year, with high performers exceeding this.

This is an on‑the‑road role, working door‑to‑door as well as at private sites and local events across Esher and Woking. We also recruit for this role in other areas across the UK, so please get in touch if you’re interested but based elsewhere.
