Children's Home Registered Manager – The Bristol Care Group
As a Registered Manager, you will lead the daily running of a therapeutic children’s home, taking responsibility for the quality of care, children’s safety and wellbeing, and the development of your team. You will create a nurturing home where children’s voices are heard and compassionate, trauma-informed practice guides everyday care.
Your responsibilities will include leading staff supervision and development, overseeing care plans and risk assessments, managing staffing and resources, and monitoring the quality of care. You will work closely with the Responsible Individual, families and professionals to safeguard children, support their progress and maintain regulatory standards.
Essential requirements: You must have at least 3 years’ experience working in a children’s residential home, including at least 1 year supervising others. You must also hold a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in working with children and young people and a Level 5 qualification in leadership and management for children’s residential care.
