Deputy Manager – The Bristol Care Group
As a Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Registered Manager to lead the daily running of a therapeutic children’s home, helping children feel safe, valued and understood. You will guide and develop the staff team, model compassionate care and support a consistent approach that recognises each child’s experiences and individual needs.
Your responsibilities will include supporting staff supervision, reviewing care plans and risk assessments, maintaining strong safeguarding practice and working closely with families and professionals.
Essential requirements: You must hold a relevant Level 4 qualification in working with children and young people and have at least 2 years’ experience working in children’s homes, including at least 12 months in a senior support role.
