We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to be the face of our brand and spearhead the growth of the products we sell. We’re a fast-growing tech distributor, but you don't need to be a "techie" to join us - you just need to be exceptionally personable and hungry to succeed.
This isn't a desk job. You’ll be out in the field, meeting interesting people, and building real relationships across your region.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re not actively seeking years of experience. We hire for personality and drive. You are a great fit if:
- You’re a People Person: You’re approachable, confident, and genuinely enjoy building relationships with different personalities.
- You’re Self-Motivated: You don't need someone looking over your shoulder. You’re proactive and love the "hunt" of finding new opportunities.
- You Have The “Spark": You’re ambitious and want to be part of a winning team where your energy is contagious.
- You Can Drive: You’ll need a Full UK Driving Licence to get out and see your customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building Partnerships: Meeting with businesses across electrical wholesale, property development, renewables and more to show them how our brands can make their lives easier.
- Owning Your Area: You’ll manage your own territory, planning your visits and making sure people know who we are.
- Solving Problems: Listening to customers and matching our smart tech solutions to their needs.
- Closing Deals: There’s no better feeling than winning a new account, and you’ll be doing it daily!
