MCR Pathways is an award-winning charity dedicated to ensuring the country’s most vulnerable young
people are defined by their talent and never their circumstances. Our 1-2-1 in-school mentoring has a profound impact on young people's confidence, wellbeing and postschool progression. MCR volunteer mentors make and experience a life changing difference by mentoring for just 1 hour per week

Our driving force is simple – that young people who are in, or on the edges of the care system and continuous instability at home, will have the same educational outcomes, career opportunities and life chances as any other young person.
We have had a transformational impact in schools and local authorities across Scotland and the South East of England.
