Waiting Staff and Bar Staff Wanted Across Suffolk — Flexible Shifts

Suffolk Staffing — hospitality staff for Ipswich, Woodbridge and the Suffolk coast

We supply waiting staff, bar staff and kitchen porters to restaurants, hotels, pubs and event venues across Suffolk. We are recruiting now for the autumn and Christmas season.

The work

- Waiting on tables, running food, clearing and resetting
- Bar service, glass collecting and cellar work
- Weddings, corporate events, private functions and busy restaurant services
- Shifts of four to eight hours, mostly evenings and weekends, with daytime work available

What we offer

- £15 per hour, paid weekly through PAYE, plus holiday pay
- You choose your shifts. Take what suits you and turn down what does not
- Work at a range of venues rather than the same room every night
- Training given. No experience needed for kitchen porter and runner shifts
- A named contact you can actually reach, not an app

What we need from you

- Reliable, smart and polite with customers
- Able to get to venues across Suffolk, including some late finishes. Your own transport helps for rural venues but is not essential for Ipswich and Woodbridge work
- The right to work in the UK
- Over 18 for bar work
- Experience is welcome but not essential. If you have worked front of house, held a personal licence, or done silver service, tell us and we will put you forward for the better paid work.
