Your starting level and salary will reflect your existing skills and experience. No degree or formal qualifications are required — we're interested in your potential, curiosity and willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing
Work on real client projects across software development, automation and DevOps.
Learn through mentoring, pair programming, code reviews and hands-on experience.
Build your skills with technologies such as Python, Go, React, JavaScript, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible and more.

What you'll need
A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn and develop.
Curiosity, problem-solving skills and the ability to demonstrate why you'd be a great fit for a tech career.

£22,000–£28,000 depending on skills and experience, plus 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, increasing by one day per year of service up to 30 days.
