Structural CAD / Revit Technician

We are seeking a full-time, Structural CAD / Revit Technician to join our team at our offices in Enderby, South Leicester. The successful candidate should have at least four years’ experience producing structural drawings and possess most of the skills listed below.

• Be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Structures.
• Be able to use calculations, sketches and discussions to produce high-quality 2D CAD drawings and Revit models with limited supervision.
• Be confident identifying problems and presenting practical solutions.
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Understand the construction process and how buildings are designed and constructed.
• Recognise the importance of coordination across both 2D and 3D formats.
• Have experience in steelwork, reinforced concrete, timber, masonry and foundations, including the influence of trees.

All candidates must be able to demonstrate their current right to work in the UK.

A formal face-to-face interview will be required. This may be followed by two short practical tests using AutoCAD and Revit, which together may take up to one hour to complete.
