The Role
This is a hands-on role combining software sales, business development, client relationship management, and digital marketing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, presenting our software solutions, developing client relationships, and supporting our digital marketing activities.
The role will involve working both from our Manchester office and meeting potential and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential business customers.
Generate new leads and develop sales opportunities.
Promote and sell OrganiZo’s software products and digital solutions.
Understand prospective clients’ business needs and explain how our software can address their challenges.
Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients.
Present and demonstrate our software solutions to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and support them throughout the sales process.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Support client retention and identify opportunities for additional business.
Plan and manage digital marketing activities across relevant channels.
Create and support marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified business leads.
Use LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, and other appropriate channels to reach potential customers.
Monitor marketing and sales activities and provide regular updates on leads, opportunities, and results.
Essential Requirements
Experience or a strong understanding of marketing and selling software products or software solutions.
A good understanding of the software sales process, particularly when selling solutions to businesses.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in approaching new customers and developing professional business relationships.
Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate the value of a software solution clearly.
Good knowledge of digital marketing and lead-generation techniques.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, social media, and other digital channels for business development.
Self-motivated, organised, proactive, and results-focused.
Good written and spoken English.
The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship from OrganiZo.
Desirable Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage:
B2B software sales
SaaS or enterprise software
Document Management Systems (DMS)
Workflow automation
Digital transformation solutions
CRM or business software
Business development within the technology sector
Salary & Commission
We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will receive:
5% commission on the value of successfully secured contracts during the first year, payable when the company receives the relevant contract payment.
The commission structure may increase to 7.5% in the following year, subject to the company’s commission terms and performance arrangements.
