Main purpose and scope of the job
Providing a high quality support service to clients and professionals in the Portsmouth area. This will include taking referrals, contacting clients and identifying risk and needs and uploading information to our secure case management system.
Using assertive engagement techniques and address concerns of people referred to maximise take up of the support services.
Allocating clients to navigator services as appropriate, based on needs and risk.
Processing referrals and speak to people using abusive behaviours to appropriately allocate them to an Up2U service.
Providing support to navigators in the preparation of documents and information for MARAC
Dealing responsively and efficiently with general telephone and e-mail enquiries on all aspects of our services and if appropriate forward to the relevant person
