About the Role
We are looking for skilled Sewing Machinists with experience on programmable industrial machines to join our team. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can confidently operate advanced machinery to deliver high-quality, consistent results.
You’ll be working on specialist products that demand precision, durability, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain programmable industrial sewing machines
- Follow technical specifications to produce consistent, high-quality stitching
- Work with a variety of materials (including heavy-duty fabrics)
- Carry out basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting where required
- Ensure all work meets production deadlines and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Essential: Previous experience operating programmable industrial sewing machines
- Strong technical understanding of machine functions and settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Flexibility to work with different products and materials
