To provide diary and scheduling support to the sales team, ensuring efficient planning of client meetings, calls, and follow-ups. The role enables salespeople to focus on revenue generation by managing their schedules, coordinating customer interactions, and keeping the sales process moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise the sales team’s diaries to maximise client-facing time.
- Schedule and confirm client meetings, demos, and calls (in-person).
- Coordinate with clients, prospects, and internal teams to arrange availability.
- Track and schedule follow-ups in line with the sales pipeline.
- Ensure CRM is up to date with scheduled activities.
- Handle rescheduling and resolve clashes quickly to avoid missed opportunities.
- Provide reports on meeting volume, client interactions, time allocation and next steps.
- Act as a first point of contact for clients when arranging appointments.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with calendar tools (Outlook, Google Calendar, Teams, Zoom).
- Ability to manage multiple diaries across a busy sales team.
- Attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of sales priorities.
