Nursery Teacher – Oxfordshire
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (flexible patterns considered)
Salary: Up to £36,000 per year

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a qualified Early Years Teacher to deliver outstanding teaching and learning in a quality nursery setting. Lead pedagogical practice and inspire young learners in their early educational journey.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
QTS or EYTS
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Experience teaching in Early Years settings
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for children aged 0-5
Lead curriculum planning and EYFS implementation
Model outstanding practice for the wider team
Support staff professional development and pedagogy
Monitor and assess children's progress
Build strong partnerships with parents and families
Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met
Contribute to nursery improvement and development
