Summary
We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Rainbow Corner Loseley Fields. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting children's learning through engaging activities tailored to their individual interests. Your contributions will help foster an inclusive and nurturing atmosphere where every child can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Support children's learning through both adult and child-initiated play.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and growth.
- Implement In the Moment Planning (ITMP) to facilitate free-flow activities in designated areas.
- Work closely with parents to establish starting points for each child’s development.
- Monitor and track children's progress through focus weeks and share insights with parents.
- Encourage children to develop resilience, confidence, and social skills in group settings.
Requirements
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children and parents.
- A passion for early childhood education and child development principles.
- Ability to manage small groups of children while fostering a positive learning environment.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education are preferred.
