Cross Rigg developments require a Part time, possibly full time Maintenance Engineer person to work at our schemes from Ashington, Newbiggin, Stakeford, Jarrow, Gosforth and Gateshead.
They will be employed for the following jobs
Boiler & plumbing servicing/maintenance
Fire Alarms maintenance & checks
Emergency Lighting maintenance & checks
Minor electrical maintenance & checks
Also other menial tasks
Willing to work out of hours if required
Certificates for any or all of the above would be an advantage/or willing to be trained.
Rate of pay on experience to be negotiated
Must have own car and be willing to travel between sites with tools etc.
CV required.
Suitable for all ages i:e young and old needing trained or mature with previous experience
