We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistant Manager to lead and develop our Learning Support team. Working within a specialist education environment, you will have a strong understanding of the role high-quality learning support plays in helping students achieve their potential. Whilst experience within an educational setting is essential, knowledge and experience of supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) will be a distinct advantage. This is an exciting opportunity to shape practice, develop staff and make a meaningful difference to the lives of young people every day.
Salary - £32,181.01 - £35,818.22 (Pay Points 14 – Pay Points 18)
Hours - 37 hours per week
Weeks- 43 weeks per year
Interviews will be held: Late October 2026
The job purpose is to have responsibility for the day-to-day management of Learning Support Assistants, support the Learning Support Manager and ensure that the learning support provided to the learners is of the highest quality.
