You'll explore the concept of holistic care and how the study of human biology, psychology, and sociology contribute to understanding how individuals, families, and communities can achieve wellness in health and social care. You'll investigate the role exercise plays in health from a multi-disciplinary perspective, exploring theories including health and wellbeing, behavior change, and working with clients.
