What you’ll be doing
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, with roles based in either factory or office settings.
• Standards & Processes: Ensure systems and processes meet rigorous customer and industry standards.
• Governance: Drive governance and uphold high standards across the organisation.
The Technical Graduate Program provides the best opportunity to gain as much experience as possible in food safety processes and systems, risk management skills, audit capability and teamwork, fundamental to being a successful Technical Manager. Your first-year placement will be based at a site, where you will spend time understanding the role of operations in a factory, and be part of the QA team to deliver safe, legal and great quality fresh food to our customers.
