The Role:
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Executive Support Assistant to join our friendly central Trust team.
Working closely with the Head of Executive Support & Administration, you will contribute to the smooth running of the Trust central office and Trust-wide functions, playing an important role in supporting our C-Suite, coordinating key activities and helping our central team and schools work effectively together.

Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Provide support for the wider C-Suite, including complex diary management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and action tracking.
Support communications and scheduling across the central Trust team and wider Trust when required.
Provide logistical support for meetings, visits, and events as required.
Screen, prioritise, and respond to incoming communications (emails, telephone calls, correspondence), escalating issues as appropriate.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Administration:
Deliver high-quality administrative support across central Trust functions, including calendar management, document production and organisation and meeting coordination.
Maintain and update records, databases, and electronic filing systems in accordance with GDPR and Trust policies.
Professionally respond to enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the coordination of Trust-wide meetings, training sessions, and events.
Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documentation with high attention to detail.
Provide administrative support for Trust-wide initiatives and projects as directed by the Head of Executive Support & Administration.
Support procurement processes, including ordering supplies and managing inventories when required.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of administrative systems and procedures.
Act as a liaison between the central Trust office and schools to support communication and collaboration.
Assist with compliance and reporting requirements (e.g. DfE, Ofsted, governance).

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience providing high-quality administrative or executive support in a professional environment.
Experience coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and supporting effective communication across a range of stakeholders.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive and professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven experience of complex diary management and coordinating multiple demands.
Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
Demonstrates initiative, sound judgement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
