Responsibilities:

Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for Execs.

Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for key meetings.

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
Desired experience:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
