About the role
As an Early Years Educator, you will:
Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality early years education
Confidently work within the EYFS framework to provide safe, engaging and developmentally appropriate experiences
Meet children’s daily needs with compassion, attentiveness and professionalism
Plan engaging activities that support children’s curiosity, learning and holistic development
Build positive, professional relationships with colleagues, parents and carers
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety at all times
Contribute positively to team discussions and reflective practice
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Has experience supporting children’s learning and development
Communicates confidently and works well as part of a team
Creates inclusive, supportive and respectful environments
Is reflective and committed to ongoing professional development
Nice to have:
Paediatric First Aid certification
Experience supporting children with additional needs
Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
Safeguarding commitment
