Customer Service Host

Working for Brooklands Driving Experiences Ltd. (BDE) as part of the Customer Service team
responsible for greeting guests, interacting with guests around the Mercedes-Benz World building, assisting with general enquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Strong communication skills are required to provide a welcoming and courteous introduction to the building and ensure guests have an outstanding experience. Working as part of team and building effective relationships is important when working to assist with the various attractions Mercedes-Benz World has to offer.

Following training you will work as part of a highly professional team working in a fast-pace
environment. Team members will interact with a range of people, be responsible for providing a high level of service and will be required to have strong knowledge of what the building has to offer and vehicle range. Training will be given to ensure full preparation for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests to the building.
• Assist with customer queries.
• Product specialism and an in depth knowledge of the full vehicle and product range.
• Be fully familiar with procedures and responsibilities.
• Deal with issues to produce positive outcomes.
• Understand and deliver BDE core values and philosophies.
• Support Mercedes-Benz World staff, rest of BDE team and strategic objectives.
