You’ll run your own self-employed commercial agency across office, retail, industrial, land and mixed-use. You choose your clients, your patch and your hours. What you’ll be doing
Winning and managing sales, lettings and acquisition instructions across office, retail, industrial, land and mixed-use property
Building your own client base of landlords, occupiers, investors and developers, and growing it through referrals
Advising clients on value, market conditions and deal structure, then negotiating and seeing transactions through to completion
Using eXp’s technology, marketing tools and international network to bring UK property to buyers worldwide
Working with eXp’s residential agents across the UK on referrals and mixed-use opportunities
What you’ll need
Proven commercial property experience: agency, surveying, lettings, investment or acquisitions
An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build and run your own business
Strong local market knowledge and a network you can build on
Excellent negotiation and relationship skills
MRICS or another relevant qualification is welcome but not essential
