INOVA Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a talented and proactive Cluster People Officer to join our growing People Team. Supporting a cluster of primary and secondary academies across Sheffield, this is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about people, education, and making a positive impact.

About the Role
As Cluster People Officer, you will be the trusted first point of contact for school leaders and managers, providing practical, solutions-focused support across a wide range of people matters. You will work closely with Headteachers and leadership teams to ensure our colleagues receive a high-quality HR service that is professional, consistent and people-centred.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day advice on employee relations matters, attendance management, probation, capability and flexible working.
- Supporting managers with absence management and staff wellbeing initiatives.
- Coordinating recruitment campaigns, onboarding and safer recruitment processes.
- Preparing HR documentation and supporting formal meetings where required.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements and Trust policies.
- Building productive relationships across schools and central support services.
About You
We are looking for an organised, professional and approachable HR practitioner who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent customer service. You will have experience of supporting managers with people matters and be confident handling a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
You will be:

- Well organised, with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
