Your role
You�ll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day?to?day life, emotional well?being, and general mentorship and support. You�ll:
Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
Encourage independence and daily routines
Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
Be a steady, caring presence � someone they can count on
What we�re looking for
6+ months of full?time care experience (in the last 3 years)
At least 3 months� experience working with children or young people (in the last 3 years)
Registration � If applying in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you�ll need the relevant SSSC, SCW, or NISCC registration (not required in England).
