Step One Charity

Step One Charity is dedicated to supporting individuals with mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and neurodiversity. For over 85 years, we’ve worked alongside people to build the confidence, skills, and independence they need to live the life they choose. Through specialist mental health services, supported living, and free community-based programmes, we make a real and lasting difference. We support around 1,100 people annually on their journey to improved wellbeing, resilience, and a brighter future.
