You will be part of a friendly, motivated team committed to assisting with and providing high-quality support to our amazing individuals. The individuals we support are absolutely at the heart of everything we do. The support is very much person centred and to ensure we can achieve this our shift patterns include days, evenings, weekends – therefore various hours are available. This role encompasses a range of tasks dependent on the individual’s needs. Day to day duties can include: Accompanying individuals to appointments and community activities Assisting with mobility and personal care Supporting individuals with household tasks Assisting with meal preparation and medication management This isn’t just a job; this is making a difference in people’s lives every day.
