Virprac was setup to deliberately be disruptive and transform how administrative work is completed in GP surgeries. In the last 12 months alone, we have had nearly 10 times increase in the number of patients whose clinical correspondence has been moved from the traditional inhouse model to Virprac. All new starters go through a comprehensive training program, even if you have experience in clinical coding or the systems being used, this is to ensure you understand the ‘Virprac way’ which is based on best practices and NHS guidelines. Being disruptive towards tradition doesn’t just apply to the services we offer, as a 7-day service we don’t stick to the standard Monday – Friday 9-5 pattern either. People have lives outside of work and we like to give people the freedom to work when is best for both of us. Our offices are spacious and modern and always have a very calm and quiet atmosphere.
