Job Description:

Role: Support Worker (£250 Welcome Bonus) Pay Rate: £9.80 per hour Location: Batheaston Hours: Full-time and Part-time available or weekend only work Amazing Job Opportunity Are you prepared to be run of your feet with activities? Come and support two of the most amazing gentlemen with an out of this world packed full, fun lifestyle. A cooking qualification is not needed but if you’re an aspiring Mary Berry you may just be the person for this role! The guys here love to cook whether that’s cooking cakes and buns or looking in their cooking books and finding something new to make. You’ll be happy to know no one ever leaves with an empty stomach so make sure you come with an appetite! Our guys also love to go to boogie night throughout the week and they may even ask you to join in. So make sure you bring along your dancing shoes and your best moves. Don’t worry if you’re not a dancer they can most definitely teach you a move or two. Everyone loves day trips don’t they? We most certainly do. The people we support absolutely love to travel around and go explore new places so make sure to bring your walking boots and a map as you never know where you could end up exploring! Lastly and most importantly a sense of humour is crucial. They both love to banter so make sure to have some jokes up your sleeve. Understandably this is a job which by no means you need experience of but we need to ensure you have the right values and determination to positively impact the lives of others so we just ask that you come with the passion and drive to support them to achieve everything they want in life. All training is provided once you start and our team are here to support you to become an astounding support worker.
