To maintain a high standard of professional service throughout your dealing with all staff, visitors and the public. Your role will focus on customer relations and therefore you will be required to maintain a high standard of dress and carry out your duty in a courteous and polite manner.
You will be required to work in a few areas within the establishment which will require you to work within a team and at times on your own.
You will be required to escort contractors, visitors and vehicles and carry out general clerical duties.
You will be required to operate computerised slider systems and perform the duties of the Communications Operator therefore you will need to be able to communicate effectively and confidently, maintaining precise, clear and concise instructions to ensure the safe control of the establishment.
