To develop, design, maintain and deliver a comprehensive in house Learning & Development service for Police Scotland with a focus on specialist ICT and Custody Training. To conduct Training Needs Analysis, engaging with key stakeholders; design, deliver and evaluate training, using multiple formats, with suitable assessment strategies in place to ensure provision of a relevant, accurate and professional training service. Supervising students to establish that learning objectives are met to course specifications and agreed quality standards. Work with other departments to provide subject matter expertise and contribute to the change control process.
