This role is key to LendingMetrics and reports to the Head of Sales who will also be your mentor. Working within our Sales Team, you will support to deliver exceptional levels of customer service to our clients, with a particular focus on general administration and data entry requirements. The ideal candidate will need to have attention to detail and be confident, looking to progress their career within a varied role which has administration, data/CRM and organisational elements. You will join a highly experienced and dedicated team who will support you to gain skills and knowledge in sales administration. There is the intention for a full-time role to be offered to the suitable and successful candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship with the excellent progression routes available. Training to be Provided: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach. Essential skills The ideal Sales Administration Apprentice will have the following skills and experience: The ability to work as part of a team Use of initiative Great communication skills Great organisation skills Attention to detail is a must GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C / 4 are required.
