If you answer yes to all of the above, we’ve got your next job. Pertemps Wolverhampton are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. The team are a really friendly bunch and besides the fact you’ll be keeping great company, you’ll also be provided with all the training and leading technology you will need to do your job. The branch is well established, in fact Pertemps Wolverhampton was our 2nd branch to open. There are plenty of opportunities to progress. We don’t expect you to have prior recruitment experience. Your previous work history may have included Estate Agent, Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service or any other role that is target driven. Your role: You will be joining our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, which means no prior experience is needed, as you’ll receive ALL the training you'll need to be a successful Consultant and develop a thriving career in recruitment. Your first three months with include your induction to the company and we’ll get you started with your learning and development. We are well known for our outstanding training! It’s essential that you hold a full driving licence due to the demographics of the area. Good knowledge of the Wolverhampton, Cannock and Walsall areas would be advantageous. This is a ‘hands on’ recruitment role which means you will be handling the client and candidate side of the recruitment process including; • Understanding your clients’ job vacancy requirements. • Writing and advertising job vacancies. • Screening candidates and assessing their skills and fit against new roles. • Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs. • Organising candidate interviews and client meetings. • Managing offers and candidate onboarding. • Using social media and digital channels for candidate and client attraction. • Networking with clients to win new business.
