Why work for
Moxi Recruitment
Moxi is an education recruitment agency with a difference. We are one of the first companies in the area which is directly partnered with an independent specialist training school, meaning we can provide training and insight into working within a specialist setting. There has been a growing demand for Teaching Assistants with the experience and knowledge of working with SEMH and ASD needs across mainstream and specialist schools, and we have therefore created an in house training program for those who may be new to the sector. For our more experienced staff, we offer a wide variety of CPD approved online courses to help you further develop your expertise. We care about equipping candidates with the skills to succeed within the education sector. You will also be advised and have dedicated consultants who have worked within the education sector, and are continuously developing to understand the needs and demands of the sector. In addition, if you do decide to stay with us long term, we reward our candidates with a loyalty bonus scheme.
