Support Worker

Role: Support Worker Location: Edinburgh Rate of pay: £10.50 per hour Due to continued success, Mochridhe is recruiting for compassionate and hard-working individuals for the role of Support Worker for care packages across Edinburgh. You will be responsible for helping individuals to live a full and active life within the community, whilst providing high-quality personal care.

What will the role involve? • Outings with service user • Supporting the service user with achieving their goals in life • Domestic support • Preparing meals • Personal care • Assisting with general household tasks • Administering Medication Experience/Knowledge.

Previous experience of working with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health is an advantage but not essential. Candidates will be a current member of the PVG scheme or willing to register, be registered with SSSC or be prepared to register. We welcome candidates who may be looking for a change of career or are looking to broaden their skill set. A driving licence and access to a car is preferrable.
