We buy lots of different kinds of debts and give our customers the tools to pay them off in practical and affordable ways. We understand that every person’s situation is different. And every year, we help thousands of people take control of their debts. Your mission: As a Customer Solutions Associate in our contact centre, you’ll help to navigate our customers’ journey and bring people back to financial health. You’ll be the real first point of contact for our customers, answering inbound and also making outbound calls. You’ll be the ear that listens to their financial struggles, and the voice that guides them through it. It’s hard work, with a real focus on listening skills, making sure we achieve the right outcome for our customers whilst working towards KPI’s. It’s not for everyone, but in this role, you can make a real impact on peoples’ lives.
