Job Description:

Training is initially full time in our modern Edinburgh city centre offices and leads to a hybrid role split between home and the office. You'll get the best of both worlds. Salary wise we can offer between £18,783 and £24,000 (depending on experience levels and hours) plus 4% flexible cash pot that can be taken as cash or spent on wider benefits, plus potential opportunity to secure a 5% on track bonus. We have Customer Service roles in three areas of the business: Workplace Pensions, Retirements or Protection - all serviced from our Edinburgh hub. We're looking for you to demonstrate the following attributes: Conscientious and genuine - caring about helping people move forward with their futures. The ability to quickly build rapport to understand and meet your Customer's needs to give them a truly excellent experience. And also... We'll need you to be hardworking with experience of delivering excellent service - but financial services experience isn't required.
