They know the best people for the best jobs and can talk to anyone. They can also spot a white lie when they see one, and spot who’s telling the truth. Job purpose 1. To identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements 2. To provide support and service to internal delivery functions and departments 3. To proactively track and continuously manage the journey of a candidate 4. To identify new business opportunities for the business through leads (dependent on expertise and business requirements) 5. To engage candidates through Social Media outputs and email campaigns What should I expect to be doing? • Speaking to candidates online and the phone, selecting them for jobs • Approaching great candidates, you’ve hunted down • Learning to write show-stopping ads which pique the interest of browsers • Networking at every opportunity • Identify skills in the job-hunting public • Spotting potential leads by always having your ear to the ground • Learning to interview candidates and knowing whether they’re a good fit • Booking interviews for your colleagues • Helping our candidates with general queries which might crop up • Keeping an accurate log of information on our database • Putting your wordsmithery to the test with CV and cover letter help and writing interview confirmations
