We want you to share your ideas on how we can innovate or improve our business to ensure the best customer experience and support our customers in their success.
Our customers' success is our success.
You will be working an 8-hour shift on a rotating basis, 11 am-11 pm shifts to support our global customer base, with an element of weekend work. A typical shift pattern would be 2 pm-10 pm. The first 4 weeks of training will be spent in a classroom setting in our Belfast city centre office, this time is spent diving into the product and building your product knowledge. After you complete training, this can be a hybrid position, giving you the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
