To provide comprehensive support and practical help to adults with a learning disability in their own home. The post holder will offer support without direct supervision on a rotational shift basis including working public holidays, weekends, nights and other unsocial hours. The support offered includes providing personal care, emotional support, developing social and leisure interests, maintaining health and making healthy choices, assisting with taking of medications, accessing community facilities and supporting the tenants to maintain their home.
