As an RGM, you will:

 Manage the restaurant’s performance.
 Coach, train, and engage your team, growing them to become their best selves.
 Deliver on KPIs to ensure your restaurant meets our excellent standards.
 Perform weekly admin tasks to help maintain a functional and well-oiled machine that is your restaurant.
 Run the shop floor to a high standard, delighting our customers and creating a memorable experience that keeps them coming back again and again.
