IPRS Health are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our fast paced Customer Service team. We are looking for an individual who is friendly, displays an excellent telephone manner, hardworking and a real interest in Customer Service within our call centre environment. You will be dealing with inbound & outbound calls alongside general administration tasks. On successful completion of your probation you will receive training from our in-house physiotherapy team on our bespoke triage model. This training will enhance your skills and allow you the opportunity to assist patients on their road to recovery. Successful applicants will undergo a telephone interview before attending a face to face interview at our Contact Centre in Little Blakenham. We have a limited number of positions available and will begin shortlisting and interviewing appropriate candidates prior to the closing date, so we recommend that you do not delay in applying.
We pride ourselves on being a fantastic place to work and in the last 4 years have won 3 best employer awards as a testament to this, including being made a Platinum Employer after winning Best Employer in the Health Industry at the 2021 Best Employer East Awards. We’re passionate about providing our colleagues with a work environment they can feel comfortable in and can grow professionally. In 2020 we signed the Time to Change Employer Pledge, affirming our commitment to protecting our colleague’s mental health and last year became a Disability Confident Committed employer. Each year we ask our colleagues to nominate a chosen charity for whom we fundraise for throughout the year, and we are committed to supporting the environment through reducing our carbon output and offsetting what we do emit.
