We have a variety of contracts available to suit your desired working pattern: Full-time guaranteed hours Part-time guaranteed hours Salaried Full-time (37.5 hours) £22,000 Salaried Part-time (20-25 hours) Pro-rata Waking/ Sleeping Nights Evenings Weekends Zero-hours Hourly rate starts at £10 an hour, rising to £15 an hour. Our clients are looking for the very best in care therefore we are searching for the highest quality of candidates who understand the importance of caring for an elderly person. As a Care Professional, you’ll be visiting your client in their own home to help with their day-to-day living, as well as keeping an eye on their health and wellbeing. The role often includes helping with shopping, food preparation and personal care. Person Specification You do not need any previous experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional. It is necessary to be a driver with access to a vehicle. You need a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. You will enjoy building professional relationships with clients and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
